Evan is a corporate lawyer who has worked pro bono to help individuals gain asylum and those in the queer community navigate the process of legal name change. As the child of a Romanian immigrant and a LGBTQ+ person, Evan is passionate about serving those who are seeking freedom to live unencumbered. Evan has lived in Philadelphia for 12+ years and is devoted to serving his neighbors and community. Evan holds a BA and MS from the University of Pennsylvania, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
